How to understand pending, completed, failed, and expired payments.
Coupons and payment status
A coupon tracks a Credits purchase from checkout to final crediting.
Pending
The payment is waiting for completion or provider confirmation.
Completed
Credits were added to your account.
Failed or expired
The payment did not complete in time or was rejected by the provider. Check the purchase history page for the latest status and retry when needed.

Use Credits → Purchase History to see coupon status.
