Holding and redeeming

You can hold shares until a market resolves.

If your outcome wins

Winning shares can redeem for Credits at a fixed rule:

1 full share = 10,000 Credits.

Polynion stores shares in micro-share units, but the user-facing rule is simple: full winning shares redeem for 10,000 Credits each.

If your outcome loses

Losing shares do not redeem.

Redeem processing

Redeem requests are queued and processed asynchronously. The app checks that the market is resolved, your outcome is the winning outcome, and you have enough winning shares.
