Selling shares

Selling lets you exit before resolution, reduce risk, or take a short-term gain.

Before selling

You need enough shares in the outcome you want to sell. The market must also be open and before the trading cutoff.

Review the quote

A sell quote includes the estimated Credits returned, fee, and price impact. Polynion also has minimum sell-price protection, so very poor sell conditions can be blocked.

After confirm

The sale is queued, then processed. Processed sale proceeds return as Credits.
